- A Professional Directory listing independent labour lawyers, attorneys, and consultants (“Listed Professionals”) who practice in South Africa.

The BCEA Shift Worker Calculator provides estimates based on the data you input and standardized interpretations of tax tables and BCEA rules. It is not a payroll system and cannot account for all variables of your specific employment contract or employer’s policies. We are not liable for any discrepancies between the estimate and your actual earnings.
2.5. Professional Directory:
Labour Law SA does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the services of any Listed Professional in our directory. The directory is an informational resource. We do not vet the qualifications, competence, or background of Listed Professionals. It is your sole responsibility to conduct your own due diligence, research, and interviews before engaging with any professional listed on this site. We are not a party to any agreement you make with a Listed Professional and are not responsible for their fees, advice, or conduct.
3. User Obligations
- You agree to use the Services for their intended informational purposes only.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input into the BCEA Shift Worker Calculator.
- You are responsible for obtaining and securing your own Gemini API key for use with the Interactive Labour Law Guide. Do not share your key publicly.
- You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
